Rauli has spent the last 24 years working in different roles in the medical field. Starting as a medical assistant/phlebotomist, LPN, and RN. Her favorite years were spent in Labor and Delivery working with women.

 

When Rauli was deciding to pursue a Nurse Practitioner, there was never a doubt her passion was working, advocating, and helping women. Specializing as a Women’s Health nurse practitioner (WHNP). The training focused more on hormones, pregnancy, weight management, and libido—an expert in supporting women's overall health and well-being.

Meghann grew up in bellvue, NE and attended the University of Northern Colorado for her undergraduate work. She majored in Chemistry with minors in Biology and Military Science. Her original intent was to attend medical school but she was commissioned into the Army as Second Lieutenant and served during the Operation Iraqi Freedom campaign. Following her service as an Engineer officer, she went to the University of Nebraska Medical Center and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has practiced physical therapy in Wyoming for the past 15 years, mostly in Guernsey and Wheatland. She recently went back to school to follow her original dream of being a medical provider and graduated in 2024 with her Masters in Medical Science (MMSc). She attended the Yale School of Medicine in a hybrid online/in-person Physician Assistant program. She recently started continuing her education and is offering bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to men and women. She believes in a healthy mix of functional and traditional medicine and fosters a team approach by communicating with her patients about their health goals and working together to achieve them.

 

Meghann has lived in Douglas Wyoming for 15 years and has three children: Jackson, Gentry, and Laurel. Her days and nights are spent running kids around to sports and other activities.

Reatta is a compassionate and results driven Family Nurse Practitioner. After spending 6 years at the bedside of multiple setting including medical/surgical, labor and delivery, and post operative care reatta pursued her masters degree in the science of nursing from Spring Arbor University.

Reatta's known for her supportive and nonjudgmental approach, fostering a partnership with her patients to help them achieve their health goals. She is committed to educating her patients about the science of weight management and empowering them to take control of their health journey by using her background in Internal Medicine. Her mission is to provide individualized compassionate care that supports lasting weight loss and lifelong health.
